We were in England, guests of TeamViewer at the headquarters of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team in Brackley. The purpose of the trip was to learn more about the 5-year partnership between the two companies that started in 2021.<\/p>\n

Present at the closed event was TeamViewer's CEO Oliver Steil who was proud and happy about the partnership through which both the Formula 1 and Formula E teams are provided with remote connectivity solutions and further cutting-edge technology to improve their performance.<\/p>\n

TeamViewer software has proven to make Mercedes teams more efficient, with optimised remote operations and improved connectivity between team processes on track and back at base, particularly in terms of race support during testing and races.<\/p>\n

The event was also attended by Michael Taylor, IT Director of the Mercedes-Benz Petronas F1 team, who said that their partnership with TeamViewer has optimised the remote operations of their team, giving them another advantage over the competition.<\/p>\n
